What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is simply a state of relaxation where your conscious mind is temporarily bypassed, allowing the hypnotherapist to suggest things to your unconscious mind to bring about a positive change. Hypnotherapy is one of the best ways to achieve the changes that you want.

What can Hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can help with a really wide range of presenting issues –  fears and phobias, stress and anxiety, panic attacks, weight management, addictions, childbirth, quitting smoking. Hypnotherapy is also very successful in helping increase motivation, confidence and self-esteem in order to be successful in the work place, in interviews, public speaking/presentations or helping with exam nerves.

Who is the therapist?

Simon Rylance is a Wirral-based Hypnotherapist. He is a member of the National Society of Hypnotherapy, and adheres to their code of ethics. As well as being a certified Hypnotherapist, he is a retired Head Teacher. He specialises in Fears & Phobias, Motivation, Exam Nerves, Hypnobirthing, Smoking Cessation.
